Chipotle Cashew Cheese

PREP TIME 10 minutes | TOTAL TIME 2 hours
Ingredients

1 cup of Cashews
-
1/3 to 1/2 cups of Filtered Water (note closer to 1/2 cup makes it creamier)

1 tbsp Lemon Juice
-
1 tsp Chipotle Pepper
-
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
-
1/2 tsp - 3/4 tsp of Sea Salt (to taste)

1 tsp Acidophilus or Nutritional Yeast
-
1/4 Small Red Bell Pepper (optional)
Directions

Soak Cashews for 2-3 hours in water make sure they are fully covered
-
Add Cashews, Water, Lemon Juice, Chipotle Pepper, Smoke Paprika, Sea Salt and Acidophilus to Cuisinart, cut up red pepper and include as optional ingredient

Blend mixture until creamy smooth adding more water if needed
